There are some surprising opportunities for development on urban plots and Studio Hobohm has been lucky to design and win planning permission for a number of these.

​

The planning constraints when it comes to impact on neighbours as well as practicalities like utilities and access can be tricky but not insurmountable. 

 

Developments include using a long the garden plot, two corner plots for different clients but on the same terrace and the combining of a semi-detached property into one.
